Privacy Policy

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we collect include account details (name, email), profile information, and any content you submit through our apps or consulting portals.

Device & usage data: IP addresses, device type, operating system, app usage statistics, and crash reports used to improve application stability.

The information we collect is strictly used for the following operational and developmental purposes:

• Service provisioning — to maintain, improve, and deliver the core functionality of our iOS applications and AI consulting services.
• AI model training (opt-in only) — anonymized usage data may be used to refine our proprietary models, strictly subject to explicit user consent.
• Security & integrity — to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.

We work with a limited set of processors for analytics, crash reporting, and infrastructure hosting. Each processor is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and may only process data on our documented instructions.

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Diagnostic logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. Aggregated, anonymized telemetry may be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.

In compliance with App Store guidelines and global privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data associated with your Transformate account.

1. In-app: navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within any of our iOS applications.
2. Via email: send a request to privacy@transformate.io from the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and associated personal data from our active databases within 30 days. Some anonymized telemetry may be retained for aggregate statistical analysis.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, specifically regarding Data Collection and Storage (Guideline 5.1). We guarantee that:

• We only request data that is strictly necessary for the core functionality of the app.
• We provide a clear and accessible mechanism for users to revoke consent and request data deletion.
• We do not track user behavior across other apps and websites without utilizing the AppTrackingTransparency framework.
